We measure paint depth panel by panel and photograph what is already there — stone strikes, previous repairs, swirl density. Nothing is agreed until you have seen the same photographs we have.
Prepare
The paint is cleansed and made ready for protection.
Chemical and mechanical decontamination lifts bonded iron, tar and salt. On a car kept near the Eastbourne seafront this stage pulls off far more than most owners expect to see on the towel.
Apply
Precision-cut film, formed around every curve.
Film is cut to the millimetre and worked across the panel by hand. Compound curves are formed with heat rather than forced, because a stretched film will always try to return to flat.

Where is Form PPF based?
We work from a unit in Eastbourne, East Sussex, and cover the surrounding coast and countryside including Bexhill-on-Sea, Hastings, Brighton and Hove, Lewes, Seaford, Hailsham and Polegate. All work is carried out indoors under controlled lighting, never outdoors or on a driveway.
How long will my car be with you?
A front-end PPF fit is typically two days. A full-body install runs to four or five days, and a correction and ceramic coating package usually takes three. We give you a firm collection date when you book rather than an open-ended estimate.
Do you work on new cars straight from the dealer?
Yes, and it is the ideal time. New paint still carries transport film residue and dealer wash marks, so we decontaminate and lightly correct before fitting. Booking in the same week you collect the car means it is protected before the first motorway run.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. The film and coating products carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we separately guarantee the quality of the fit. If an edge lifts or a defect appears in our workmanship, bring the car back and we will put it right.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the make, model and year of your car, tell us which areas you want covered, and include a few photos of the current paint condition. We come back with a fixed price. For anything involving correction we prefer to see the car in person first, as photographs hide a great deal.
